The Five Dimensions of Growth

Your score explained across
The Reliable Revenue Spectrum
Stage 1:
Inert
Score: < 2.0
Revenue depends on relationships and luck. No system, no visibility. Every quarter starts from zero. No way to sell your business. Inbound lead flow is more like a trickle.
Stage 2:
Volatile
Score: 2.0 - 2.9
The pieces exist but do not connect. Activity without architecture. Pipeline is chaotic and unpredictable, sales are lucky.
Stage 3:
Reactive
Score: 3.0 - 3.9
Solid foundation, incomplete system. Things work in isolation. Attribution is spotty. Growth is linear, but not consistent. You're ready to implement a growth system.
Stage 4:
Catalyzed
Score: 4.0 - 4.4
A deliberate commercial operation. Data-driven, aligned teams. Still disruptable. Missing the key to exponential growth that separates good from dominant.
Stage 5:
Atomic
Score: 4.5+
Revenue system on autopilot and humming along. Buyers find the brand before they are in market. Growth feeds itself. Taking on new, exciting revenue opportunities.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do you do with my answers?
We never sell your information, but we do retain your score and use it to send you educational emails on best practices to support your growth.
Is this a sales funnel?
Yes, but it's also more than that. The assessment is how I decide whether I can help you in your growth journey. We'll also know whether we can work together well.
Worst case, you get a clear-eyed view of your own business at no cost. Best case, you find and identify what's holding you back from 10x-ing your growth.
What if I don't know how to respond to one of the questions?
Score it zero and note it. Missing numbers are findings. Not knowing your lead-to-opportunity rate is itself diagnostic.
How is this different from a generic marketing quiz?
Most of those score you against best practices in the abstract. This one is built on the five-variables of your revenue equation that determines whether a deal closes. Every response contributes to a holistic picture into where you are in your revenue journey, rather than selling you on a feature you don't need.
