Your revenue number is the only score we keep.
Measure, improve, and rebuild until hitting revenue goals stop being hard.
We fill your pipeline with leads, help you convert them, and build the system that closes more of them for less money, every cycle, backed by fifteen years of hands-on go-to-market work.
You already tried getting help.
The most common (and expensive) mistakes we see aren't people problems; they are alignment problems. You throw time, resources, and money at campaigns and initiatives, but...
-
The agency delivered a beautiful deck and a quarterly report that never once said the word pipeline.
-
The marketing director you hired was excellent at one thing and underwater on the other nine.
-
The CRM you are paying for is open in a tab somewhere, with important fields that nobody fills in.
Hiring the wrong person for the right job (or the right person for the wrong job) costs you double.
Your choice
If nothing changes...
You lose a year while your competitors gain traction. Next January starts with something off, but nothing to test it against.
That gets expensive. A pipeline that depends on your contacts is not a transferable asset.
Without leads on demand, you have a job, not a company.
But if it does...
You answer the growth question in one sentence and show the report behind it.
The business stops depending on which relationships you personally maintain.
The line between selling a company and selling a job starts with lead generation on demand.

Partner with excellence
I spent fifteen years inside go-to-market: RevOps, sales, and marketing in various industries. I'm a CRM consultant with 22 HubSpot certifications and Salesforce admin experience, meaning I can build the system as well as determine what needs to go in it. Most fractional hires are strong at one or the other.
I still geek out over content strategy sequence copy, and CRM architecture, rather than oversee it from a distance. Because I'm both passionate about the details and it's one way of making sure the work is done right.
Our values
(and what they mean for you)
Attentiveness
Every engagement starts with thoughtful assessment about what is going to move the needle for your business.
Service
The work is judged by what it does to your revenue, not by what it demonstrates about the vendor.
Honesty
We move beyond the vanity metrics to the real numbers, real limits, real timelines that add up to real revenue.
Empathy
How do your customers fall in love (and stay in love) with your brand? By understanding their needs.
(Story + Strategy) x System = Revenue
More content (Story)
plus
more outreach (Strategy)
multiplied by
a proven process (System)
equals explosive growth.

The book
The thinking behind Narrative Brand Labs is also becoming a book.
The Growth Equation will be a practitioner guide to building a modern inbound sales and marketing program, grounded in the oldest principles of rhetoric and journalism and proven against real outcomes rather than theory. In progress.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why not just hire a marketing director?
Sometimes you should. A director runs about $120,000-$150,000 before payroll tax and benefits, and typically arrives strong in one discipline.
If your gap is one discipline, hire. If your gap is that the three departmental efforts are not connected to each other, a fourth person in the same building will not fix it.
What if only one of the three variables in the revenue equation is broken?
Then you get help improving that one variable. We intentionally make ourselves flexible to work with, offering retainers for ongoing work, QuickStarts and Workshops for a single deliverable or education session. The Assessment scores all five dimensions specifically so nobody buys a formula wider than the problem.
